Why we exist

Useful information is scattered, often in Italian, sometimes out of date. We gather it, verify it and explain it plainly, in four languages, so you understand before you act.

How we work

We cite our sources and date them. We tell you the truth, even when it does not suit us. We stay neutral and respectful toward every authority and every colleague. We speak to you as a person, not a case file.

What we do, and what we do not

We give information and honest help by email. We do not replace the consulate, we do not do visas, and we do not give advice on your case. When you need a professional or a free patronato, we point you there.

What we are not

We are not the consulate or a paid intermediary. We do not sell appointments, we do not take your money, and we do not give advice on your situation. Everything is free and open, and the official channel always remains the reference.
